Public Data Briefing: Proposed 2017 Youthful Offenders Amendment
(January 10, 2017) The Commission is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines. Commission staff prepared a data presentation to inform public comment on a proposed amendment related to the treatment of youthful offenders under the guidelines. The deadline for public comment is February 20, 2017 with a reply period closing on March 10, 2017.
