Public Data Briefing: 2026 Proposed Amendment Regarding Unmanned Aircraft

(May 13, 2026)  The Commission is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the federal sentencing guidelines. Commission staff prepared a data presentation to inform public comment on a proposed amendment regarding human smuggling offenses.
