Public Data Briefing: 2026 Proposed Drug Offenses Amendment

(January 8, 2026)  The Commission is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines. Commission staff prepared a data presentation to inform public comment on a multi-part proposed amendment relating to methamphetamine, fentanyl-related substance, and fentanyl and fentanyl analogue offenses.
