Public Data Briefing: Proposed 2016 Immigration Amendments

(January 20, 2016) The Commission is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines. Commission staff prepared a data presentation to inform public comment on proposed amendments to the immigration guidelines. The deadline for public comment is March 21, 2016.
