Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public meeting of the Commission was scheduled for Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (EDT). The meeting was held in the Commissioner’s Conference Room of Suite 2-500 in the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E. (South Lobby), Washington, D.C. The meeting was livestreamed.
