NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION
July 9 - 10, 2009
Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for July 9-10, 2009, in New York City. On July 9, the public hearing will commence at 8:30 a.m. and will conclude at approximately 5:15 p.m. The public hearing will reconvene on July 10 at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude at approximately 1:15 p.m.
The public hearing will be held in the Ceremonial Courtroom at the United States Court of International Trade, One Federal Plaza, New York, New York.
As detailed in the agenda, the purpose of the July 9-10, 2009, public hearing is for the Commission to solicit information from invited witnesses regarding federal sentencing policy.
