NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public meeting is scheduled for April 29, 2003 at 12:00 noon. Public access to the public meeting will be available at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., in Suite 2-500 (South Lobby). It is expected that the meeting will conclude by 12:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct the following business:

Vote on Amendments in Connection with the PROTECT Act of 2003
