Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public meeting of the Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, December 11, 2007, at 3:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., Washington, D.C., in the Mecham Conference Center, as indicated in the following agenda:

 

  • Approval of Minutes
  • Possible Votes on Retroactivity, including possible amendments to §1B1.10 [Reduction in Term of Imprisonment as a Result of Amended Guideline Range (Policy Statement)]
  • Adjourn
