Amendment: Section 3D1.3(b) is amended in the second sentence by deleting "varying" immediately following "involve", and by inserting "of the same general type to which different guidelines apply (e.g., theft and fraud)" immediately following "offenses".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to enhance the clarity of the guideline.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
