AMENDMENT 254

Amendment: The Commentary to §3D1.2 captioned "Application Notes" is amended in Note 3 by deleting "(6)", "(7)", and "(8)" and inserting in lieu thereof "(5)", "(6)", and "(7)" respectively.

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a clerical error.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
