Public Data Briefing: Proposed 2018 Synthetic Drugs Amendment

(January 31, 2018) The Commission is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines. Commission staff prepared a data presentation to inform public comment on proposed amendments. The data in this presentation covers the trafficking of synthetic cathinones, synthetic cannabinoids, fentanyl, and fentanyl analogues.

The deadline for public comment on proposed amendments is March 6, 2018 with a reply comment period closing on March 28, 2018.
