Notice

A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2016, from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission.

The public hearing will be held at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., Washington, DC in Suite 2-500 (South Lobby). This hearing will be streamed live

The purpose of the public hearing is for the Commission to receive testimony from invited witnesses on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines.
