Methamphetamine Final Report
This is the Final Report of the informal Methamphetamine Policy Team regarding implementation of the Methamphetamine Trafficking Penalty Enhancement Act of 1998. This legislation increased the statutory mandatory minimum penalties for methamphetamine offenses by cutting in half the quantity of the pure substance and methamphetamine mixture that triggers the separate five- and ten-year mandatory minimums.
