The Commission is publishing a sample of public comment submissions on a rolling basis throughout the 2025-2026 amendment cycle. Once the comment period is closed, public comment will be posted below by submitter.
The Commission reviews and catalogues public comment for official record-keeping purposes. A representative sample of public comment is then carefully selected, redacted, and posted online to provide the public with the kind of information considered by the Commissioners during their deliberations.
