NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION
March 10, 2011
Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, March 17, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The public hearing will be held in Training Rooms A, B, & C of the Federal Judicial Center, on the concourse level of the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, Washington, D.C. The purpose of the public hearing is for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses regarding proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines.
