Notice
Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (EDT).
The public hearing will be held in the Commissioners' Conference Room of the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, NE, Washington, DC. The Commission will also livestream the event.
The purpose of the public hearing will be for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses concerning whether to designate as retroactive certain 2025 guideline amendments.
