NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION
May 20, 2009
Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for May 27-28, 2009, in Stanford, California. On May 27, the public hearing will commence at 8:45 a.m. and will conclude at approximately 5:00 p.m, The public hearing will reconvene on May 28 at 8:15 a.m. and will conclude at approximately 12:45 p.m.
The public hearing will be held in the Stanford Law School, 559 Nathan Abbott Way, Stanford, CA, 94305.
As detailed in the agenda, the purpose of the May 27-28, 2009, public hearing is for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses regarding federal sentencing policy.
