Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for Monday, March 6, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The hearing is expected to conclude at approximately 4:30 p.m.
The public hearing will be held in the Sheraton Suites Hotel, 701 A Street, San Diego, CA.
The purpose of the March 6, 2006, public hearing is for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses regarding immigration and federal sentencing policy.
