NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION

Public Meeting

1:00 p.m.

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public meeting of the Commission is scheduled for Thursday, June 30, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Leonidas Ralph Mecham Conference Center, on the ground level of the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., Washington, D.C., as indicated in the following agenda:

  • Vote to Adopt April 2011 Meeting Minutes
  • Possible Vote on Retroactivity of Amendment 2 (pertaining to federal drug offenses), including possible amendments to §1B1.10 [Reduction in Term of Imprisonment as a Result of Amended Guideline Range (Policy Statement)]
  • Adjourn
