AMENDMENT 53

Amendment: Section 5E4.1(a) is amended by inserting immediately before the period at the end of the subsection: ", and may be ordered as a condition of probation or supervised release in any other case".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the guideline.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is January 15, 1988.
