AMENDMENT 80

Amendment: The Commentary to §1B1.5 captioned "Application Note" is amended in Note 1 by deleting the last sentence as follows: "If the victim was vulnerable, the adjustment from §3A1.1 (Vulnerable Victim) also would apply.".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to delete an unnecessary sentence. No substantive change is made.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
