AMENDMENT 415

Amendment: The Commentary to §3C1.1 captioned "Application Notes" is amended in Note 1 in the last sentence by deleting ", the defendant’s testimony and" and inserting in lieu thereof "in respect to alleged false testimony or statements by the defendant, such testimony or".

Reason for Amendment: This amendment more precisely states the meaning of this commentary.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1991.
