AMENDMENT 454

Amendment: The Commentary to §3A1.1 captioned "Application Notes" is amended in Note 1 by inserting the following additional sentence at the end:

"Similarly, for example, a bank teller is not an unusually vulnerable victim solely by virtue of the teller’s position in a bank.".

Reason for Amendment: This amendment clarifies the circumstances in which the vulnerable victim adjustment is intended to be applied.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1992.
