AMENDMENT 161

Amendment: The Commentary to §2G2.1 captioned "Application Note" is amended in Note 1 by deleting ", distinct offense, even if several are exploited simultaneously." and inserting in lieu thereof "victim. Consequently, multiple counts involving the exploitation of different minors are not to be grouped together under §3D1.2 (Groups of Closely-Related Counts).".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that multiple counts involving different minors are not grouped under §3D1.2.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
