AMENDMENT 223

Amendment: The Commentary to §2T1.1 captioned "Background" is amended in the second paragraph by deleting "Tax Table" wherever it appears and inserting in lieu thereof in each instance "Sentencing Table".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a clerical error.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
