AMENDMENT 101

Amendment: The Commentary to §2B1.1 captioned "Background" is amended in the first paragraph by deleting "§5A1.1" and inserting in lieu thereof "Chapter Five, Part A".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a clerical error.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
