AMENDMENT 108

Amendment: Section 2B2.3(b)(2) is amended by deleting "a firearm or other dangerous weapon" and inserting in lieu thereof "a dangerous weapon (including a firearm)".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the guideline.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
