AMENDMENT 171

Amendment: The Commentary to §2J1.1 captioned "Statutory Provisions" is amended by deleting "Provisions" and inserting in lieu thereof "Provision", and by deleting "§" and ", 402".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to delete a reference to a petty offense.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
