Notice

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The public hearing will be held at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., Washington, DC in Suite 2-500 (South Lobby).

The purpose of the public hearing is for the Commission to receive testimony from invited witnesses on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines. This hearing will be live-streamed.
