NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION
February 9, 2011
Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, February 16, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The public hearing will be held in the Mecham Conference Center, lower level, Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E. (South Lobby), Washington, DC.
The purpose of the public hearing is for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses regarding proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines and issues for comment.
