NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION

February 13, 2014

8:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 8:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

The public hearing will be held in the west side of the Mecham Conference Center in the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, NE, Washington, DC.

The purpose of the public hearing is for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses concerning issues related to the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
