NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION

November 8, 2005

Pursuant to Rule 3.5 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public meeting of the Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., in the Judicial Conference Center (South Lobby, 1st floor).
