NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION
January 20-21, 2010
Pursuant to Rule 3.4 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for January 20-21, 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona. On January 20, the public hearing will commence at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude at approximately 4:00 p.m. The public hearing will reconvene on January 21 at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude at approximately 1:15 p.m.
The public hearing will be held in the Robert C. Broomfield Special Proceedings Courtroom, located in the Sandra Day O’Connor United States Courthouse, 401 West Washington Street, in Phoenix, Arizona 85003.
As detailed in the agenda, the purpose of the January 20-21, 2010 public hearing is for the Commission to solicit information from invited witnesses regarding federal sentencing policy.
