NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION

February 14, 2006

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2006, at 9:30 a.m.

The public hearing will be held in the Hotel Valencia, 150 East Houston Street, San Antonio, Texas. It is expected that the public hearing will conclude at 4:30 p.m.

The purpose of the February 21, 2006, public hearing is for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses regarding immigration and federal sentencing policy.
