AMENDMENT 96

Amendment: Section 2A4.1(b)(2) is amended by inserting immediately before the period at the end of the sentence: "; or (C) if the degree of injury is between that specified in subdivisions (A) and (B), increase by 3 levels".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an intermediate adjustment level for the degree of bodily injury.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
