On July 10, 2009, the Sentencing Commission submitted a report on federal mandatory minimum sentencing penalties to the House Judiciary Committee for inclusion in the record of the July 14, 2009, Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security Subcommittee Hearing entitled "Mandatory Minimums and Unintended Consequences."
The Federal Sentencing Guidelines
