AMENDMENT 211

Amendment: Section 2R1.1(b)(2) is amended in the first column of the table by deleting:

Volume of Commerce

(A) less than $1,000,000

(B) $1,000,000 - $4,000,000

(C) $4,000,001 - $15,000,000

(D) $15,000,001 - $50,000,000

(E) over $50,000,000",

and inserting in lieu thereof:

"Volume of Commerce (Apply the Greatest)

(A) Less than $1,000,000

(B) $1,000,000 - $4,000,000

(C) More than $4,000,000

(D) More than $15,000,000

(E) More than $50,000,000".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to eliminate minor gaps in the loss table.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1989.
