AMENDMENT 354

Amendment: The Commentary to §4B1.3 captioned "Application Notes" is amended in Note 2 by deleting "(currently 2,000x the hourly minimum wage under federal law is $6,700)" immediately following "then existing hourly minimum wage under federal law".

Reason for Amendment: This amendment deletes a reference to the federal minimum wage that is now outdated.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is November 1, 1990.
