AMENDMENT 17

Amendment: The Commentary to §2B5.2 is amended by deleting "Statutory Provision: 18 U.S.C. § 510" and inserting in lieu thereof "Statutory Provisions: 18 U.S.C. §§ 471-473, 500, 510, 1003, 2314, 2315".

Reason for Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a clerical error.

Effective Date: The effective date of this amendment is January 15, 1988.
