Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines

Notice

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 14, 2012, from 8:30 a.m.– 3:30 p.m.

The public hearing will be held in the Federal Judicial Center, Classrooms A, B, and C, on the concourse level of the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., Washington, DC.

The purpose of the public hearing is for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines.
