NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
The public hearing will be held in the Mecham Conference Center, on the ground level of the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., Washington, D.C.
The purpose of the public hearing is for the Commission to gather testimony from invited witnesses regarding the issue of statutory mandatory minimum penalties in federal sentencing.
