NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE UNITED STATES SENTENCING COMMISSION

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public meeting of the Commission is scheduled for Thursday, January 27, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ conference room at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., in Suite 2-500 (South Lobby). The purpose of the public meeting is to conduct the business covered by the following agenda:
